tenemos un problema con los limites

tenemos un problema con los limites de el RTT ..

estamos haciendo migraciones de siemens a FLEXI BSC NOKIA .
cuando hacemos la migracion los valores de datos se cae a cero .
segun informacion de NPO el problema es que nokia con 2 no soporte eso valores.
queremos usar el 9 que si soporta eso valores pero no es posible porque ocurrer un error al tratar de ctiviarlo.
