Los problemas en mi área son resuelto siempre mediante un ticket. Cada caso es distinto pero siempre tiene un seguimiento con un numero de ticket.
una vez asignado el ticket a un persona este se alimente con la información que pide hasta llegar ala resolución final y cierre del ticket.
