Tenemos una flexi bsc satelital mixta con packet abis sobre EHT y legacy abis.
Nosotros queremos retirar dos PCU por BSCU para usarla en otra bsc (ampliacion).
Tenemos 5 PCUs por BSCU solo estan usadas 3: PCU 4,6 (LEGACY ABIS) Y 12 (PACKET ABIS).
Para ello tenemos dos opciones:

La primero es retirar las PCU 8 Y 10.

Segunda re-configuración PCU 8 para mover trafico desde la pcu 12 y retirar las PCU 10 Y 12

La opción uno es la mejor porque no afecta trafico.
la opción dos requiere una re-configuracion de las PCU.

La pregunta:
Nosotros podemos hacer el retiro de estas dos PCU 8 ,10.
¿Existe algún TCN que impida hacer esto?.
¿es necesario tener un orden en la numeración de PCUs?
